In order to deploy a successful internal innovation program, we recommend ensuring the following pre-requisites:

  • Well communicated top management support
  • Dedicated internal project lead
  • Clear HR processes and legal framework for the participating employees 
  • Pre-approved budget for the implementation of selected projects

An internal innovation program will take approximately 2 to 3 months from the framing of the needs to the initial screening of the projects.

The time required for the implementation of the projects will depend on the nature of the proposed solutions, the availability of resources and the technical context in which they need to be deployed.

It is hard to guarantee the outcomes of an innovation program. The main objective will be to ensure successful implementation of some of the selected projects.
